A Recruiter will contact you about open positions and you have the opportunity to choose if you would like your resume to be submitted to the company. Keep in mind, many of these open positions are exclusive to McCallion Staffing and are not posted on the regular public job boards. Your Recruiter will then present your resume to the company, and will coordinate the interview and hiring process as needed. McCallion Staffing does NOT withhold any portion of your paycheck, or charge a fee to you, for using our hiring services.
