Posted by Kelli McCallion on Jun 3, 2016 4:41:39 PM

Ever wonder what it is like to work for a temp agency? There is a lot of confusion out there as to what really goes on when you register with a temp agency. We make the process quick and painless at McCallion Staffing. To review a step-by-step guide of our registration process, please click here. Upon registering with McCallion Staffing, you become eligible for the open job positions that fit with your work history, skill set, salary requirements, commute parameters, and all of the other fine details on your job "wish list". An Account Manager or Recruiter will contact you about open positions and you have the opportunity to choose if you would like your resume to be submitted to the company. Keep in mind, many of these open positions are exclusive to McCallion Staffing and are not posted on the regular public job boards. Your Account Manager or Recruiter will then present your resume to the company, and will coordinate the interview and hiring process as needed. McCallion Staffing does NOT withhold any portion of your paycheck, or charge a fee to you, for using our hiring services. The company where you work on-site pays McCallion Staffing a fee for providing them with such a wonderful temporary employee (YOU!). Our services are 100% free for temporary employees.
